Event: Solstice Drum Crafting Ceremony
These Terms & Conditions govern registration and participation in the Solstice Drum Crafting Ceremony hosted by Akashaman LLC at Journey With Equus in Elizabeth, Colorado.
By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms.
Your registration is confirmed once your drum selection has been made and full payment has been received.
Space is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-paid basis.
All reservations and drum selections are non-refundable.
Reservations may be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend. Any transfer request must be made in advance of the event and confirmed by Akashaman LLC.
Participants select their drum size and hide at the time of registration.
Akashaman LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected drum materials as reserved. If a material becomes unavailable due to supplier, shipping, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Akashaman LLC reserves the right to offer a comparable substitute or event credit at its discretion.
The Solstice Drum Crafting Ceremony is a guided, hands-on workshop experience.
All tools and core materials needed for drum crafting will be provided unless otherwise stated.
No prior experience is required. Participants are expected to follow instruction, use care with tools and materials, and conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the event.
By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation involves the use of tools, natural materials, movement, and shared physical space.
You agree to participate at your own discretion and to take reasonable care for your own well-being during the workshop.
You are responsible for determining whether this event is appropriate for you or for any minor attending under your care.
By registering for and attending this event, you understand and acknowledge that participation may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, punctures, scrapes, strain, allergic response, or other injuries that can occur in connection with workshop activities, materials, tools, animals, terrain, or the event environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the Solstice Drum Crafting Ceremony.
You further agree that Akashaman LLC, its owners, organizers, facilitators, contractors, representatives, and the host location, Journey With Equus, including its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in this event, except where caused by conduct that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
This event takes place at a horse and donkey rescue property.
By attending, you acknowledge that the venue may include uneven ground, outdoor conditions, fences, equipment, animals, dust, weather variation, and other natural or property-related conditions.
Participants are expected to remain in permitted areas only and to follow all event and venue instructions while on site.
Akashaman LLC reserves the right to modify event details, location logistics, timing, facilitator arrangements, or materials if necessary.
Akashaman LLC also reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to insufficient registration, severe weather, safety concerns, venue issues, illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If the event is canceled by Akashaman LLC and not rescheduled, participants will be notified regarding available transfer, credit, or refund options at Akashaman LLC’s discretion.
Photographs or video may be taken during the event for documentation or promotional use unless otherwise stated.
If you do not wish to appear in event media, you must notify Akashaman LLC in writing before the event begins.
By registering, you agree to receive communication from Akashaman LLC related to your registration, event details, schedule updates, and workshop instructions.
Any broader marketing communication will be governed by your separate communication choices, if applicable.
